Choo Choo Brew:
Three coffees of of great individuality - Celebes Kalossi, Guatemala, Ethiopian Moka Harrar mesh perfectly together to form a beautiful blend of great richness and depth.
Organic Fair Trade Nicaragua
This coffee is shade grown in the country's prime coffee area of Segovia. It is a true Specialty coffee, grown from the heirloom Arabic varieties Bourbon and Typica. The plants are high grown at over 3,900 ft elevation, the beans are milled with great care in community-owned wet mills and then sun dried. The care that are given to the green beans at harvest is why this coffee has a wonderful brightness and interesting clean flavor notes.
Sumatra Mandheling
This rare coffee is aged for 18 to 24 months in special storage warehouses in Sumatra. The result is a delightfully smooth coffee, rich in flavor, very full bodied, with excellent aroma, low acidity, and a long lasting syrupy aftertaste.
Costa Rica Tarrazu
This fine coffee has good body and aroma. Grown on steep hillsides overlooking the Tarrazu River, it is tended with loving and expert care through all stages of cultivation and processing.
Decaf Colombia Narino
This Swiss Water Processed decaffeinated coffee comes from a handful of farms in the vicinity of Pasto, high in the Colombian Andes, and is carefully processed. It has more body and favor than other Colombian Coffees.
